Crested (Oriental) Honey Buzzard Pernis ptilorhyncus, over Kibbutz Lotan, Arava Valley, Israel. May 13th, 1995. Aquarelle pencils. This bird, which passed over the border with Jordan, was accepted as the second record for Israel and the first record for Jordan.
